By accessing this website, placing a purchase order, or requesting an official quotation from Sky MultiTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All machinery quotes, proforma invoices, and equipment sales agreements issued by our sales division are subject to formal confirmation. Orders become binding contracts only after receipt of the required advance payment and written acknowledgment from an authorized signatory of our company.
Pricing, Payment Terms, and Taxes
All equipment prices quoted on our platform or via formal estimates are presented in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of applicable government taxes (GST), freight charges, transit insurance, and local octroi levies, which shall be borne entirely by the purchaser. Payments must be deposited through authorized banking channels specified on our official invoices. Failure to complete full payment as per agreed timelines may result in dispatch delays, cancellation of orders, or forfeiture of booking deposits.
Delivery, Installation, and Warranty Guidelines
Delivery schedules for machinery such as CNC Routers, Fiber Lasers, and UV Marking Equipment are estimated in good faith; however, Sky MultiTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for shipment delays caused by logistics bottlenecks, transit damage, or force majeure events. Equipment warranty terms cover specific manufacturing defects as outlined in individual sales contracts. Warranty coverage strictly excludes damage arising from unauthorized repairs, incorrect power voltages, lack of routine maintenance, operator negligence, or normal wear and tear of optical lenses, mirrors, and consumable parts.
Jurisdiction and Communication
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with machine purchases, service contracts, or website usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Haryana.
